Cuirdimitri.com offers a full refund or exchange on all merchandise at regular price only sold on cuirdimitri.com if they are returned in the same condition in which they were sold, with the original labels within 7 days of receipt.
Items on sale are exchangeable only (if inventory permits). Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds and/or exchanges of merchandise without original labels will NOT be accepted.
To return your merchandise, return your purchase to the address below within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receipt.
Before returning your item, please contact our returns department at 1-514-387-0265 and have your order number on hand.
Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping the returned goods with the applicable fees, duties, taxes, VAT, etc.. Customers who choose the "Payment on receipt" shipping method will have the total amount of the shipping charges deducted from the return of the order.
