RETURNS

We invite you to try on your items in the comfort of your home. You will have 30 days from the date of purchase to make a return if your purchases are not to your liking.

Refund Does not apply to the items on SALE . SALE items can be exchanged or store credit/gift voucher. Please make sure the merchandise you are returning is in its original condition, including tags, or we will not be able to accept your return.

Sale items purchased online cannot be returned to the store.

Please note, that the customer is responsible for shipping the returned goods with applicable fees, duties, taxes, VAT, etc.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed as soon as possible after we receive your package at our distribution center.

Please note that once your refund is processed, it may take up to 3 to 5 business days before it appears on your bank statement.

Cuirdimitri.com offers a full refund credit or exchange on all regular priced merchandise sold exclusively on cuirdimitri.com if it is returned in the same condition in which it was sold, with the original tags within 7 days of its return.

Items on sale are exchangeable or Store Credit/Gift voucher only (inventory permitting). Initial shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds and/or exchanges of merchandise without original tags will NOT be ACCEPTED.

To return your merchandise, return your purchase to the address below within 7 days of receipt.

Before returning your item, please contact our returns department at 1-514-387-0265 and have your order number ready.
