This warranty is subject to the following conditions:
- The warranty is applicable on Cuir Dimitri products purchased from our authorized dealers only.
- Cuir Dimitri cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused during shipment and transit of the customer's package to the Warranty Department.
- Are excluded from the coverage of this warranty :
- Damage caused by improper maintenance, misuse, abuse or negligence on the part of the customer.
- The effects of time, normal wear and tear of the product.
- Damage caused by anything other than defects in leather, material or workmanship.
- Damage caused by the use of solvents or the natural degradation of colors and materials over a prolonged period and use.
- Damage caused to Dimitri leather products by products other than Cuir Dimitri.
- Fur is not covered by warranty, except in the event that a style is deemed defective. However, you have the option of purchasing replacement samples for the fur from our after-sales service department. You will need to contact Customer Service in order to benefit from this service.
- Repaired items will be subject to the availability of replacement parts, (e.g. zipper, buttons, etc). We will do our best to match colors and styles, but we cannot guarantee that you will receive exactly the same product in return.
- Repaired items will be delivered to you within 2-3 weeks after receipt of the items.
Before returning your item, please contact our returns department at 1-514-387-0265 and have your order number on hand.
Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping the returned goods with the applicable fees, duties, taxes, VAT, etc.. Customers who choose the "Payment on receipt" shipping method will have the total amount of the shipping charges deducted from the return of the order.

Cuir Dimitri ships worldwide with a tracking number after approval of the transaction. Please allow up to five business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to process your order. This processing time is necessary so that we can review your order information and prepare it for shipment.
